Couchz Shipping Policy

Currently, we just ship within United Kingdom. We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Cutoff Period

  • Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm or on Saturdays after 4 pm will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time Scale

  • Our delivery time scale varies from product to product depending on stock availability. Please check on the product page for the delivery time scale.
  • Order handling time is 1-3 business days.
  • Order transit time is 2-4 or 6-7 business days.
  • The total delivery time from when you place the order to until the package arrives to your selected address is 3-7 or 7-10 business days (which is what you can see on the product detail page). 
  • If you would like to know the delivery date before placing an order, please contact us at 01473599120 or send a message via our messaging service, we aim to respond within 24 hours. 
  • Delivery date for "Made to Size/ Made to Order Couches or Custom-size sofas" may be longer. Please check with a Couchz representative at the time of inquiry.

Missed Deliveries

  • After your order is confirmed, you will be contacted  to confirm a suitable delivery date.  If delivery is not made due to nobody answering the phone or opening the door, causing the items to be returned to us, a redelivery charge will apply at a flat rate of £50.
  • If you choose to cancel the order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Change Delivery Date

  • You may change the delivery date with a 48-hour notice. Changing the delivery date within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date may result in an additional fee of £50. If you change the delivery date on the delivery date after items have been shipped, the full delivery charge will be charged upon re-delivery.

Shipping Status:

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
  • If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes:

  • Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received:

  • If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at support@couchz.co.uk.
